If your item is showing as in stock, then it is currently in our Sydney warehouse. Once your order has been placed it will be processed by our warehouse team and prepared for shipping. Once dispatched and collected by our courier partner, delivery times vary depending on your location and the courier service selected.

On order, ships after arrival date

If your item is due to be dispatched after a certain date this means it has been popular and is currently out of stock but we have more on the way! Once your item has been received at our Sydney warehouse your order will be processed by our team ready for shipping.

If your item is available to pre-order this means it is currently out of stock and not on order. The approximate weeks given is the full lead time and we are not able to confirm the exact date it will arrive after ordering. Once a date for arrival into our warehouse is set, we will contact you to confirm. Please contact us if you have any further questions.

We recommend vacuuming your rug regularly to ensure that no dirt gets embedded. Clean spills immediately by blotting any liquids with a dry absorbent whitecloth, making sure to never rub or scrub a spill. Some stains may be cleaned with a mild clear detergent and lukewarm water, as artsilk fibres are delicate, gently blot dry or let the area air dry, never using heat to dry the rug. Do not machine wash.
