Refunds & Returns

We hope you love your Rugs purchase, however, we understand if you change your mind when it arrives or if the piece doesn't quite fit as you hoped!

If you are unhappy with the product* you have purchased you may return the item(s) and are entitled to a full refund, minus shipping, handling charges and insurance costs, from and to Life Interiors, within 14 days. Returned items must be in their original packaging and condition, with all hardware, fixtures and accessories, and must not be used or altered in any way.

All return requests must be raised within 14 days of the date you received your order, please check the exclusions list to see if your item is eligible, and then see below articles for the returns process for change of mind, or faulty/damaged returns.
