If your item is due to be dispatched after a certain date this means it has been popular and is currently out of stock but we have more on the way! Once your item has been received at our Sydney warehouse your order will be processed by our team ready for shipping.

If your item is available to pre-order this means it is currently out of stock and not on order. The approximate weeks given is the full lead time and we are not able to confirm the exact date it will arrive after ordering. For all woollen rugs, please vacuum regularly and blot any spills with undyed cloth. If you get mud on your rug, it's usually best to allow it to dry and then gently brush it off, followed by a thorough vacuuming. Do not dry clean or use harsh chemicals. Never fold or keep in an airtight bag. Avoid direct or continuous exposure to sunlight and rotate for even wear. As they are delicate, professional cleaning is recommended.
